STAY AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE

Relating to my previous complaint, https:///outsurance/complaints/outsurance-pathetic-claim-service-1126696... I would like to advise EVERYONE to stay away from outsurance. they finally got back to me! I then had to arrange for their assessor to meet at a VW approved place (the place I originally went to who does exceptional work) and he signed off all the items quoted on the list.

Even with that signed up, their price came to half the quote I received initially and when I queried this, they told me that they quoting on Pirate parts and they have a right to use pirate parts. What nonsense really! Ive had this car from new and now I'm FORCED to put on Pirate parts!!! LUCKILY my Warranty is still valid so after MANY calls, they sent me a different quote from a VW Approved place (previous place wasnt even approved VW). The quote is still half of what I got quoted initially by a proper professional company (not even an expensive one).

please people, STAY AWAY from outsurance. This is the service and mentality you can expect from them. I cannot believe that I used to recommend Ousurance to everyone! I'm cancelling ALL my policies with them! PATHETIC!
