Disgusted in poor service

My car set alight on the 26th of April while i was on the N1 on my way home. I phoned my insurance which is part of Santam Insurance. They sent an assessor out after numerous calls to them and eventually some guy came. After taking his report (which no one saw) we waited now more than a month for an outcome.we phoned how many times they keep on saying they waiting on pretoria because its such a big claim its going to take a while.we phoned pretoria trying to figure out whats going on but there was not even such a claim by them in the offices. Now after all this running around and costing me money they phone me today they will only pay out R500!!! (apparently such a BIG CLAIM)! How do you even fix a car with that small change?? i want your owner or someone in managment to contact me ASAP!!! This is unacceptable..
