14 year absa bond account

Hi. I've purchased my home 14 years ago. Most monthly instalment where paid extra. In the last 2 years installments has been almost double. My advance is less than ABSA's records. The difference in my balance after 14 years isn't even half of what I borrowed. Also noticed monthly insurance included in my instalments aswell as annual 'lumpsum' yearly insurance. I contacted the branch Manager @ Mitchell's Plain and requested the account to be assessed, advance be capitalised and my term reduced to 3 years. I received an impersonal message whereby I was addressed as Mr and that my application to reduce my bond was delined no reason! I also received a letter in the post regarding my 'assessed' account being'assessed correctly without ABSA addressing my concerns of advance being less than what I've paid. Unsure @ this stage if my account has been capitalised!!! No feedback from ABSA. Currently looking for professional to assess my account and ABSA to address me according to code of banking practise. I will place this story in every paper and warn anybody with a bond account to check quartly statement regularly. ABSA... Today, Tomorrow, Together?!!!
