No Customer Consumer relationship at FNB

Hi I am wtiting this complaint as my wife and I have tried numerous times to get this resolved without any luck.
We bought a proerty in posession (PIP) from FNB and signed the offer to purchase in Decemebr 2012. It was accepted by FNB and all was ok we thought. there were problems with the pool and main entrance window which the bank does not want to address. I have spent roughly R10K to get stuff like the garage doors, gate motor and more working so that there will be less to worry about when we have to move. So they do not want to sort out any of our complaints and then they have the audacity to want me to pay for locks and a locksmith so that the electrical guy can do the COC. I thought the COC is the repsonsibility of the seller and why should I pay as the property is not yet registered? This is just another way they FNB aWealth collections department is trying to make my life more difficult. I will never do business and or recommend them FNB to anyone that I know.
It is now almost June 2013 and I am still fighting with them to get the issues attended to. They are loosing so much money as they are paying for securty 24/7 and more. Never ever will I make this mistake again.
