Unethical Property Purchase

I bought property for R350 000 from Harcourts Olympic in Rosettenville - JHB through an agent - Lereng Thabane. The property has been registered in my name on 29 November 2012. I still have not moved into my house. The Offer to Purchase signed an agreement that Occupation is upon registration.
I have called the agent before the house was registered notifying him the house will be registered, he gave me "assurance' and advised me the seller signed the Vacant Occupation. In December 2012 & January, I called Harcourts Olympic Director - Carlos several times and I was left wanting not even worth of a response! Fact is: Both Agency & seller have received what is due to them. I have received nothing but the run around. I am homeless, cannot even afford to rent even a 1 room. I am currently staying between friend's houses. What pains me more is receiving monthly debit orders about the Bond payment going towards a Bond of a house which I do not occupy. My family & I have had the worst Xmas holidays. All I'm asking for is to be treated wth the same dignity & respect you had before you had my money & give me the same satisfaction & enjoyment which you had when you recieved my money!!!
