I am a client of FNB for the last 10 years. At the end of April I received an sms stating that there was transactions that was duplicated on some of the debit card transactions and FNB is sorting out the problem, I went looking on my account no transactions was duplicated. The next day i received funds back into my account and some went off. I Phoned the bank and they said that my account was one of the ones effected by this and the money paid back is rightfully mine. As May progressed I still had activity on my account that transactions was deducted 3 times and then not refunded and then refunded and then subtracted again. I Phoned and was told the problem is the MaterCard. They will refund me and it will be over. Again this happened I Phoned again and was told my Card is Broken, after I had to threaten the lady on the other side she only said she will help me. I waited one whole day only for her to come back and give me yet another reason why this is happening with NO solution. The bank Owes me money the it out of my account and now the can not help me to close the account and open a new one. FNB money form my Account and the do not think this is???
