So now we didn't pay for alterations! YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE POOL IN THE FIRST PLACE - why would we ask YOU to do alterations!!! If Brent had called us as promised in my first complaint 8 months ago and gave us a working pool as we paid R76000 for I would be the fist to say THANK YOU for a job done! Instead Brent did not once attempted to clean up his mess - instead we have spent over R4000 just to sort out the pump/electrical mess not to mention the bad marblelite. We also had to replace the filter as the one you supplied was too small for the pool's size. I can go on and on... Once again, NOW after thousands of rands spend extra (thanks to electrical surgeon and midstream pools) we have a pool that works - so this is just warning the public not to make the same mistake as we did!
