FNB is the worst ever, they don't help no custome

I signed an offer to purchase a property in Howick from a distressed seller who has a bond with FNB. At that time he could still keep up with the bond repayments but he know he was headed for trouble and sold the property. The bank dragged their feet in issuing the bond clearance certificate and by then the seller could not keep up with the bond repayments. It has been almost a year and helpless FNB has still not resolved this issue. I bank with Absa and from watching how FNB has treated their client I know without a shadow of a doubt the red bank beats them by a 100%. I can't believe people pay bank charges and interest for such a lousy service. Sies!
