I pay for useless service from this bank

I went INTO the bank today to increase my EFT limit and the teller who helped me said that it would be instant since I came into the bank. That was at 12 today, sitting here at 6:30 and I STILLLLLL cannot make my payment.
I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF POOR SERVICE FROM A BANK THAT I AM PAYING TO BE LESS THAN EFFICIENT.
I would ask for someone to follow up and contact me with some kind of assistance but that I am afraid would be a waste of time too based on my track record with this bank!!!
