I HATE STANDARD BANK

Today I tried to increase my RCP... everytime I try and I do something through standard bank it is impossible... one would think that I would learn... But today I did... Standard Bank cannot help with ANYTHING they are completely USELESS! I have been with this stupid pathetic piece of bank for over 10years and today they cannot help me because they don't have proof of residence... which they must have as one cannot open up a bank account without it! I asked if I can email it... of course they said no! So F standard bank. I will move to FNB a bank that cares for their customers!!!
