Great Service From Standard Bank

I would like to commend Standard Bank on their excellent call center service yesterday.
Our fridge had recently broken and my BF and I needed to buy a new one ASAP as our stuff was defrosting fast. My poor BF banks with ABSA who he arranged an increase in swipe limit on card with but instead when he tried to pay they blocked his card.

When I tried paying with my std bank card looks like my limit was too low. Standard Bank phoned me a few minuted later to see why I was trying to swipe a large amount and helped me increase the limit to get the fridge. Just a few minuted before the store closed.

If it were not for this excellent speedy service I'd be sitting with a wet kitchen floor and a smelly fridge to clean.

Thank you Standard Bank. My BF will also be switching over from ABSA.
