Hi,
I did an eft in February using my husband account who is currently your employee, and since i was not receiving my parcel that i was paying for, i started to investigate and only to find that i used the incorrect reference. The parcel were going to be late for our wedding so i decided not to go ahead with the purchase. i asked him to recall the money that we paid to envoy since it was his account, but to this day we have not received our money back. We send envoy an email and they confirm that the money is in their account and the bank can recall it. Its been three months now, please assist.
