Money taken out of my account

Absa took money "journal debit"from my account of my late husband while he was alive we were under administration and the lawyers paid the bank every month after his death I opened a account at absa bank and now after 3 years absa started to take money when i went to the bank the personnel said the only solution is to close my account, I am a widow with 2 children and get minimum salary so I received little money to by clothes and food when I went to the bank to with draw some money it showed absa took all my money as a journal debit, they linked my account to a account that does not even have the same account number to a account that was not even active for almost 6 years. my late husband made the loan from absa on his name. how can they do that after being on administration and after his death everything was cleared? Can someone please help me?
