Pathetic Attitude trying to make extra payment

We want to make extra monthly payments on a bond account with ABSA. So we phoned the branch and tried to give them our account number as stated on our statement. We needed to obtain the account number into which we could make extra EFT payments. The lady at the ABSA Kathu, Northern Cape branch, refused to give us the account number and reference detail. She actually through the phone down in my ear.
