Momentum promises but doesn't delive

I have a life policy with momentum that's over 7 years old. I have an elevated comprehensive critical illness plus benefit included in this policy as well as an income protector. I found out last month that I have a cancerous tumour that's also spread to my lung. I contacted momentum and they sent me claims requirements. I've sent through docs on may 2, was then asked for other docs.there's no communication and I need to continuously call them up which I find to be v unfair. I was told that once they receive documents, the claims procedure will take 24 hours, I am still waiting.they keep requesting for info already sent to them. I have enough to deal with emotionally, physically, financially to b put through this.they've taken my money but now delay in paying out.they've also mentioned that a percentage wil b paid out, why is this as I have comprehensive cover? I can't help to stress even though that's the least I need of now.my treatmnt has started and I don't have finance for more, iv bn put off work for duration of treatment.since they have allrequirements and no hear from them, its obvious that someones not doing their job.if I missed a premium my policy lapses yet now there's suchdelay?
