DEATH CLAIM: LATE CGE ROSSOUW - POLICY DS 668797

This matter is now outstanding for longer than 18 months. No response is received on emails and telephone calls to Momentum. As executor of the estate of the late Ms Rossouw, I need to be finalize the estate but without any response from Momentum this cannot be done. During June last year Momentum was contacted twice and each time the response was that the policy is a Liberty Life policy. Only when the matter was reported on Hallopeter, Liberty Life reacted by stating that the above policy is now dealt with by Momentum. All documentation was submitted to Momentum. A response was later received from Momentum for further documentation which was submitted.
