My 10 year policy has matured, contacted momentum to arrange pay out was forwarded documents and this is where the service level really stink. I attached all documents required via email as specified with the first email sent on 05/09/2013 to [Email Removed] .Didnt hear anything so I called in and the on the other line says sorry we did not receive your email please resend and I will get back to you.By the 18/09/2013 heard nothing called again and another clueless says the same thing so I emailed again on 18/09/2013.still didn't hear anything by the 26/09/2013 so I called in and yes another clueless says the same thing sorry we did not receive please resend and I will personally follow up well today is 30/09/2013 and that clueless still did not get back to me. Is this how Momentum does business? i just want my money paid out and I will be cancelling my other policy with this useless company and I will never ever deal with you Momentum again.
