I had a compaint about a policy that was taken out in my name of which i did not agree to and amounts were debited off my account. According to FNB it was an accident policy through Momentum and FNB. Ilze went out of her way to assist me and find out that I do not have any accident policy with Momentum. I was so impressed with that fact that she took the time to go the extra mile to assist me. Thank you so much Ilze and because of your service, it will continue to put a smile on my face when i think of Momentum.
