Incorrect Information

I have a Policy with Momentum due to me this is a CU BOND Policy with Life Cover and Disability and a "Uitkeer dekking"This was a Policy that was taken out 1 April 1997 and it was explained to us that There is R140 000 death/disability cover or "uitkeer waarde /verval 1 April 2017.
I phoned their Call Centre Yesterday asking how is the loans on this Policy affecting the amount that would be paid out on Maturity (1 April 2017) the call centre agent advise that I will not receive any pay out.
She also said to me there is only cover for death/disability.
I phoned a second time was helped by another agent and the same information was given.
We started paying R219.00 on 1 April 1997and currantly The premium is R1123.81 I am extremely unhappy This morning I have send a copy of my Policy to Momentum e mail adress but I just feel that why is their call agent giving the wrong information?
