I contacted Momentum to change 2 addresses on my policy. This increased my premium. The detail was incorrect once the policy was updated, so I called back to have it corrected. This change on the policy increased my premium again. I complained, so was transferred to another department where they reviewed this increase and brought it down. I was then asked if there was anything else on the policy that could be reviewed, so I mentioned the excessively high excess. This excess was brought down by half due to the fact that I was with Momentum for four years without claiming. Thank you Momentum!
