After waiting TWO WEEKS to hear from the insurance of the man that crashed into the back of my car, I am told I need to send a whole load of other documents (never communicated to me in the first place), and once again drive out for ANOTHER quotation when first told I would need ONLY ONE! (Now i need TWO)!
Documents I have already sent to this insurance needs to be sent once AGAIN!
I have never had such bad service from my insurance (OUTSURANCE)!
3 Weeks after the accident and still nowhere close to getting my car repaired!
I am definately glad I am not any part of ABSA!
