Documents not given to ABSA attorney for home loan

Raquel from ABSA life said she would mail me the documents for the life insurance I took up to give to the ABSA attorneys its been 3 weeks and she still hasnt emailed it. Its for a bond with ABSA so to make things easy I took my life insurance that you have to get with ABSA so you would think they communicate but NO!
I need you to mail me all the details of my life insurance policy so I can send it to your attorneys handling the bond.
I have tried emailing and phoning Raquel and so has the absa attorney to no response.
Please get back to me asap as this could slow the process down of me getting my flat and I have done all the necessary steps. Thank you. Now absa idirect person phones as I put my number on your site so i could get hold of someone and as they put me through to someone else the line goes dead. Not good!
