Waiting on Repies & Refund

I have Vehicle Finance with ABSA. I have had my car now almost 2 years. The day I bought it I wasn't allowed to drive it out of the Showroom without PROOF of INSURANCE. Witch I did have by the way. Now end of April they just took R700 EXTRA or odd of my Bank Account. When I enquired they informed me it was because they have no proof that I do have Vehicle Insurance!

I dealt with a lady by the name Letia Mabaso regarding my refund & I did send het my proof of insurance documents. 4 emails later and still no reply. I want my money back. They just take it without my consent & I have to wait forever to get it back...??? I am discussed with the poor level of service.

I trust to hear from ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE soon & get this issue sorted. 2 months and no reply is realy bad service.
