Insurance refund a nightmare!!!

In Feb 2013 ABSA loaded insurance on my vehicle without permission from me. I already have my own insurance and therefore do not need insurance from ABSA. I have forwarded my insurance documentation to ABSA twice already and it was confirmed that the documents were in fact received. I have contacted ABSA numerous times to refund or credit the amount back, as I do not owe them the monies, but to no avail. I get phone calls from ABSA on a daily basis stating that I owe them the insurance amount. I have contacted the insurance department twice now and always get the response of they will follow it up. My last contact was with Minette and after e-mailing her a number of times to find out what the progress is, I still get no response. This needs to be sorted out as it reflects badly on my credit record and is blackening my name!!! Because people cannot do their jobs!!! Is there ANYBODY at ABSA that can actually sort this problem out???!!! It is ridiculous that my name has to suffer because of something someone else did wrong!!!
