In October 2013 I CANCELLED my car insurance that Absa subscribed me to under Hollard. I moved over to OutSurance and had sent Absa the necessary documents in this regard, exactly as they requested me to. I filled out the forms to the letter and my notice period was done exactly according towards the terms and condtions.

Since then I have been pestered by one consultant after the other on a daily basis in regards to arrears on the insurance. I cannot even recall how many times I have now explained it to them and resent all the paperwork over and over and over. I even sent proof of my payments to OutSurance.

I have been called by some manager named Amanda who would have had it sorted... Well, to no avail so far. I still get called three times a day. So which part is it that Absa doesn't understand of, I CANCELLED IT, I AM NOW WITH ANOTHER INSURANCE!! How difficult is this concept to process???
