ABSA finance adds insurance to car at will

Last year I got a mail from ABSA vehicle finance asking me to send proof to them that I have insurance on my car. After sending them documentation they claimed that it was too old (it was taken out when I bought the car). I was irritated, but got new documents from the insurer and send that on to them. I never received a response (I double checked the address and subject line) and after speaking to them today, I found out they just added an extra R200 on my instalments for insurance without even informing me. I have never liked ABSA and I don't know why I was so stupid to go with them in the first place, but it won't happen again you Incompetent.
