I have had no notice from ABSA that they are going to add insurance on my vehicle finance. How can Absa just add insurance on your vehicle finance if they did NO background check on the where about of me or my vehicle. After I phoned and enquired about my high instalment, I immediately submitted my necessary documents on the 29/07 and they only submitted my documents yesterday. When ABSA told me 48 hours. Now I must wait ANOTHER 5-7 working days for my refund. I think its unprofessional. They can deduct your money without a notice a.s.a.p., but they can't pay you back a.s.a.p. I will move ALL my accounts. I have been a ABSA customer all my life and are very disappointed in the company.
