Bad Service

I got a MTN cellphone deal with real people in March 2013, 2 months down the line, the Nokia Asha 311 gives me endless problems, i fully charge it after 1 call the battery is flat, you touch the screen it freezes, my emails don't work for days on end. I called last to report this and was told the courier would collect my phone today. I am so mad coz i was told i would get a replacement phone as the REPAIRS could take up to 3 weeks, but today NO replacement phone... My debit order went off on Friday so what im i paying for??? / WHAT? No phone for 3 weeks, i don't have a phone. This is rubbish. I don't want the Nokia 311 repaired, i want a NEW phone as iam paying for this every month. I will not be paying for something i don't have.. I will not go a day without a phone. I want this sorted out. Shameful behaviou
