NOKIA becoming worse by the day

NOKIA becoming worse by the day: I was using my Nokia 700 phone when the touch screen did not react. Autopage closed here and they send a courier to collect. The phone was in a post office bag but they took it out and left with the phone in his hand after i told him to leave it in the bag. Autopage send me a picture of the phone to show me the damage but there is no fiscal damage to the phone. This is what Nokia said when i send them the picture and complained about Altech Autopage.

And yes, you are right. In the picture you sent there is no physical damage.
The phone had no marks or scratches on it because i always kept it in a pouch from day one. Just after i bought the phone the screen came loose but was still working and was send back for repairs. I think that was poor workmanship on their side. Had 24 months problems with previous Nokia Navigator. But now NOKIA say the repairs does not fall within the warranty.
