Ad service and incorrect info

On the 06 July 2013 I took my blackberry phone for repairs and at Ermelo branch they told me it was beyond repairs and they replaced my phone with a cheaper phone nokia asha of which it was unacceptable coz my blackberry was still new and its price is closed to R3000 and nokia asha its R700 and last week on monday the 19 August 2013 i received sms from head office that my phone was repaired when i went to collect my phone at Ermelo branch on friday 23 August they told me that my phone was not there and they told me even if it was there they wont give it to me and they gave the bad attitude. Why did they to me that my phone wont be fixed and i think they want to sell my phone. so i want my blackberry phone and they can take their nokia asha
