They're worse than a MASHONISA (loan )!!!

I had financial problems the past few years till now thus enrolled myself into debt review after noticing it was a dead end cause this bank was always up balance then i changed to Accord with hope it'll be better but it looks like it keeps getting worse, i then decided to speak to my family to assist me pay my creditors of which i'm grateful they agreed then i'll pay them later. NOW in March i went into the branch asked what my balance was because my phone had been for repairs months i couldn't get statements from it like before.the lady at Westgate branch showed me it was R15 050.05 (March), my sister then made an eft of R500 X 2 = R1000, she meant to put in R500 into the loan then another in the credit card. Over the weekend i went to inquire if it was received then i was showed on the screen it was BUT TO MY SHOCK my balance is again up now R15 080.00!!! and the arrears according to the sms are R13455.00 i took out a loan of R8000.00 and i've been a slow payer 2yrsNOT A NO PAYER!!! I can't sleep and i feel my heart is going to stop MOS i'll never finish this loan at this rate! i wonder if the ombudsman can't help me, i need serious help.i paid R700 today, wonder my balance R18000???!
