I bought a phone Nokia Asha 201 on the 17th of December 2013 at Edgars Vaal Mall. The phone started giving me problems and I went back to Edgars to report the phone on the 4th of January 2014.The phone was booked for repairs. I was told to come and collect it after 3-4 weeks. I went to collect the phone on the 31st of January 2014.I started using the phone on the 1st of Feb 2014.The phone started the same problem again (switching on and off byitself, freezing, and this time it came back without a Whatsapp and when I tried to download it it woulnd not let me). I went back to Edgars Vaal Mall to report the matter and I was told that there was nothing they could do but take the phone AGAIN for repairs. I am so tired of spending my hard earned cash to travel to and from Vaal Mall and not getting any help.
I do not want that phone anymore I want my money back. One of the employees even said the Nokia Asha 201 has been discontnued as it has many problems and I am not the 1st customer to come with this kind of a problem. My question is WHY SELLING THIS RUBBISH PHONE TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY KNOW NOW THAT IT HAS A PROBLEM? WHY NOT TAKE THE PHONE BACK TO NOKIA AND REFUND ME MY MONEY?
