Firstly, as an unsatisfied customer, my premium was increased without my knowledge, secondly I contacted the call centre to ask if the premium could be relooked at, and no-one came back to me, it was suddenly amended.

I contacted Hollard to cancel my insurance and on the 20 May 2013 my account was double debited. I find this unacceptable as I did contact the call centre and yet the debit order went through. I need to be re-imbursed with the amount as well as my unpaid fee of r120.00 as because of your amount that was taken off, my other debit order rejected.

Also due to your bad service and as an unsatisfied customer I have decided to take up insurance at another organisation.

I still have not received a response.
