Cancelled insurnace without notifying me

I took cellphone insurance with telesure i noticed that the money of the insurance was no longer being debited when i called them the lady told me that the insurance is cancelled when i asked her why she says that my debit order came back unpaid, then i asked her how come because they have debited before she did not have a answer what she said that is that the debit order came back unpaid thats why insurance is cancelled. I want a explanation on why is my insurance cancelled and why was i not contacted when they realised that my debit order came back unpaidbecause i applied for the insurance clearly i wanted it i cannot accept a silly responce that says my debit order did not go off thats unaccaptable. Iwant the insurance to continue and i wont be held liable for the missed payments its not my faulty that the account has been debited before now they sayd that the debit order came back unpaid.
