Hollard stalling on refunding premium

At the end of last month I purchased a new vehicle. Subsequently I decided to sell my old vehicle out of hand. I unexpectedly managed to sell the vehicle in a few days causing to cancel my insurance with immediate effect. I was not able to stop the debit in time and a months premium was deducted.

Now hollard insurance is stalling with the refund of the premium. every time i oblige them they demand something else!

This is totally unacceptable! I will never do business with them ever again!
