Debit orde

I took out a Motor Xtender on the 28.02.2013 and the debit order was due to go off on the 01.05.2013 but the debit order the debit order went off 01.03.2013 and they still struggle to pick up my payment. This is how they rob money from customers? They ask a guy from they client liason to call me and the question he ask was did i accept the policy which i did but not for the 01.03.2013.It sound that it was because i accept the policy thats the reason why they debit my account... I have a problem with Hollard Insurance...
