Debit order still not corrected

I posted a complaint on the 8th of September regarding a premium increase (https:///absa/complaints/premium-increase-1186946). A consultant phoned me and assured me that he would keep the insured amount at R1, 45 mill and that my next debit order would not be the new increased amount. Why then have I just been debited the same amount again of R562.84? The amount debited should only be R512.29 (as per before the premium increase). This is the last time I complain about this before I cancel my policy. I would like a refund of the difference for the last 2 debit orders which is R101.10 (R50.55 x 2) do be deposited back into my Standard Bank cheque acc (not my bond account) and I would like confirmation in writing that the insurance debit order going forward will be R512.29
