FALSE INFORMATION TO MAINTAIN DEBIT ORDER

I cancelled all my policies from Hollard in April this year. After checking my bank statements in September I came to realise that i still had a debit order which read "Hollard". Call after call email after email NO ONE at Hollard knew what policy I was refering to. NO ONE could help. Each department not linked to another. Finally after blocking my debit order do I get a response from Altrisk informing me that they have not received my policy premium for this month. Altrisk was in constant contact with me only to deny my refund for premius paid from May to date. Reason being that I am supposed to know how to cancel my policy with them. Funny how the description on my debit order reads "HOLLARD" and not "ALTRISK". PATHETIC!!!
