On the 26th of May I intended to travel across the border and 3weeks prior to me leaving I sent the Bank an e-mail requesting the required documentation for me to be able to travel car. One Johanna Barnard replied my email and stated she was the one handling the request. A few days later she sent an email that the car registration couldnt be found and the matter had been escalated to the highest level for a resolution. Despite follow up emails that was to be the last communication I got from her. I then called the call centre and gave the lady who answered the reference number and again I was told the enatis couldnt be found and the matter had been escalated. My request to speak to a superior were turned down by the operator and after several days of waiting I eventually got ths superior's direct phone number (Tlou) and he too promised he was going to assist. No joy came my way despite several phone calls to Tlou and many promises that he would call me and update me on the progress or the lack of. Up to today I am still waiting for the feedback whether written or otherwise. After bad stories I had heard prior to me buying a car through this bank it came out to be true. Shame.
