ATM Cardless services not relaible!!!

I am not a a Standard Bank Customer (Thank!!!) but I decided to use ther ATM cardless services (convinience) to deposit money after hours in Wonderpark mall in PTA North on 28 Feb 2013 . I was depositing R1500 to a Standard bank account holder but the ATM swallowed some of my money. I only received R600 back and the rest of the money R900 dissapered, no receipt couldnt get throught to call centre. However I reported that matter the next day (1 March 2013) to the ATM resolution centre and I was given a reference number 52129618. Since then I never heard anything from anyone until I made a follow up call few days later and I was told the matter has been closed I have to refer my query to Complaints Resolution Centre (How was I suppose to know if no one bothered to inform me) and the Consultant told me that communication was sent to the account holder. Why is that because I was the one making a deposit (someone must revisit this process it will never work for all). To date CRC (Ref: 3287192) has not bothered to give me an update i have made follow up calls but I still dont hae feedback. Y does it take over 30 days to resolve such a simple matter???
