I have a problem with a house I bought. It's been nine months, the previous owner doesn't want to move out. I got in touch with Credit Account Underwriting department wanting them to stop the debits on my account until this matter is resolved, sent them an email on August 23rd 2013, got response that they'll come back to me with a reference number, never heard from the since. I called customer assist on Dec, the lady I spoke to said I was supposed to do follow-ups. How do you do follow ups when you don't have a reference number? She gave me their email address and faxnumber, said I should resend everything and this time please follow up. I resent on the 6 jan 2014, turns out their email address doesn't function anymore. the links on that email that are supposed to take you to the email addresses that function don't work, so I place a complain with the Complaint Resolution Centre, got an email response that a consultant will call me with a reference number. nothing happened. It has been 10 days from my first email to them, sent another one three days ago, nothing happens. My branch can't help, keep getting me in touch with customer assist where I'm told the same thing all over again
