No delivery on La Pearla bags

I ordered a travel set as a birthday gift for a friend. It has been close to six weeks and there has been no delivery. I placed three complaints via the call centre and was always promised delivery within a few days. I am yet to receive my travel set. After requesting a refund I received an email saying that the matter was escalated and a solution to my problem has not yet been found. Over a week has passed and I have not gotten any feedback from their customer service dept. I'm highly disappointed at the poor service.
