Cant process a claim

I have been trying to claim for my phone for the past 3 weeks and whenever i phone i get put through to different poeple and at the end of the call i am still not assisted, this is a waste of my time and this is pathetic customer service!
why can one rep not assist you, but intern you get put through to another 3 reps whom cant assist you up to today i have still not put a claim through for the phone, this is ridiculous!!!
