I'm changing the insurance policy for my SBSA home loan. I have had great service from Rendani Dau, who is a consultant for SBSA's Other Monthly Insurance | PBB Ops Shared Services (whatever that means). My email questions have been answered quickly, and intelligently. I even received a follow-up call to check on my response. Great to have some proactive follow-up instead of feeling that you have to badger people to get things done.
