Poor service from nedbank home loans

I am currently purchasing a property with nedbank as my mortgagee. The actual application had some issues with the wrong address and the wrong loan amount being on the contracts (so amateur)... however my issue is with the lawyers they use for the bond registration etc... its been almost 5 months with little to no feedback from the bank or the lawyers as to the status of the bond application. The lawyers give a usual response of 'oh well it depends'. ANd I have complied with everything they have asked as petty as some of it was. The other issue is that I am waiting 6 months for my title deed for a bond that has been paid and the bond cancellation fees also paid. There has been absolutely no feedback from the bank or the lawyers - crankokarp. That is just abysmal. I have been with nedbank for almost 20 years and it is shocking as to how much the service levels have dropped. If this is not fixed soon I will be moving to your competition..the one with the better ads.
