Over draft/RCP/vehicle loan take over not given

To SBSA, I have been in SA for long and do have proper credit history though SBSA didnt provided me Overdraft after switching from FNB Platinum nor RCP at least switch over my car loan and no proper information from credit department. I have been with since 4 or 5months now and i am paying 169 rands per month for Premier banking which i am not getting any thing for my money which i mean no facilities at all from you..why would i want to continue with you guys where you not even giving me any facility to me, where i cancelled my OD from FNB and moved to SBSA which i lost my track record there and moving to SBSA i am utterly disappointed.. where i have vehicle loan as well credit etc, I have heard so much about SBSA premier banking but really really flop at end with my particular issue, they asking me to wait 6 months for OD why? secondly why cant i switch my vehicle finance when i am banking and lastly a year ago they were happy to give me RCP then now why cant you... i havent received any proper feedback so far apart from declining story.. even from vehicle finance dept as well. now i am thinking of closing my SBSA account and want to ask my money back where i didnt received any
