Terrible service from SBSA Home Loans

I am very disappointed in SBSA. Used to work there but and now are frustrated beyond measure! My homeloan (s) were transferred from CIB to Retail and that was where the problem started. They swopped the home loans around (one is paid off), and it took me over a month and numerous VERY frustrating calls to the call centre to ask them to escalate the issue to Home Loans through Gijima to get it sorted. Finally I had to go into the branch (a 2hr visit) to sort it out, just to find that some things have been done but they never told us. I also them requested the deeds for the paid off property which we still haven't received anything - over a month later. To top it off, had a call from home loans to say we are now overdue payments on our bond. How frustrating!! SBSA has been deducting the money off my husband's Nedbank account for years, how NOW suddenly they weren't doing it anymore?? Just to find out with SBSA "correcting" our bonds that were transferred incorrectly from CIB, they stopped the debit order. So, no money has been paid. We settled the outstanding amount but that, I am sure, includes interest (WE HAVE TO PAY FOR SBSA's MISTAKE)! Pathetic service. Received no statement
