Cash dep into savings missing

Someone deposit cash on 20 May 2013 into my savings account going into the branch. As of 20 May 2013 the cash is not showing in my account and I can confirm that the acc nr is 100% correct. I went into the bank to query the problem after I have logged 3 calls and the call centre just tell me sorry the branch does not answer. what kind of a answer is that??? Useless!!! FFFSSS the money is showing inside the banks systems but not on my account and they don't know what's the problem I need to wait. So now I cannot use my card or withdraw money. Today is day TWO!!! Standard bank I need to eat and put diesel in my car, but thanks to you that's not possible. Your service IS HORRIFIC and how can you not know what's causing a problem, especially if you see the cash deposit on your systems but it is not reflecting on my account. I demand a reply as to what was the problem and when do you nutzzzz expect the funds to appear on my account. This is an URGENT request!!!
