My dad had an accident with a client that is insured with Telesure Group Services (Budget Insurance) the service that we received from this company was just shocking or rather no words to describe it. They had my dads claim for full 3 months with no feedback whats so ever all the relevant documents were sent to them when I contacted them they would advise that the claim is in for aprooval . when we call them for feedback they would advise that they have appointed an investigator but their clients claim was long settled. We have been very patient with Budget Insurance, When I contacted them today Shaun advised that they have rejected the claim as their client advised them that he was not at fault but the Accident report clearely states that their client was avoiding a cow and hit into my dads vehicle and the sketch clearly states that. At first they had advised me that my dads car value is too high they cannot just settle his claim and would this mean that if you have Insurance comprehensive insurance with Budget Insurance you should only be in accident with cars of lower value what a shocking excuse not to settle third party claims.
