Telesure's client wants to make a u-turn at a green robot coming over from a middle lane, my husband is driving in the inside lane going straight, he watches the driver that has indicated that he wants to come over, but said driver then slows down. My husband keeps on driving at a reasonable speed and at the green robot the driver decides to make a u-turn, without checking his blindspot, but there is not enough space for him to even come into the next lane. Since lodging a 3rd party complaint, his incurance has not been able to reach him, and has now made me an offer, based on the information they have, from us and him, that my husband and their client is equally responsible even though the accident happened in Cape Town and they are in Johannesburgand now wants to pay me out peanuts i.t.o the value of my car. I had to constantly follow up even trying to get hold of their client. Am i being penalised so their client is not... because if their client is not giving consent, this is paid from their legal budget and not their clients policy. So because i am not their client, i get the short end of the stick?
